Returns Policy

All returns must be pre-authorized by Mineralab and fall within a 30 day return window.  You may return most new, unopened items for a full refund.  Typically, any moneys refunded are for merchandise and any sales tax only, but exclude any shipping charges.  But we will typically pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If any approved return involves a product that has been used by the customer, that refund would be subject to a reasonable restocking fee. 

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of our receipt of your returned package. This period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, with the exception of a handful of countries subject to boycott.  Upon checkout, choose between the US Govt. Postal Service (USPS) Mail options, or United Parcel Service (UPS), a private courier and delivery company.  If you prefer an alternate delivery service, please indicate so with your order, and we will do our best to match the level of service and delivery cost with your desired provider.  At the same time, Mineralab reserves the right to ship your order by method other than Mail or UPS, provided it is reasonably comparable in service, and your actual shipping charge equals what was quoted.  This could include Federal Express in lieu of UPS, etc., so if this policy is unacceptable to you, please indicate so at checkout.  We also reserve the right to have your order drop-shipped directly to you from another location, although most orders will ship from our location in Arizona.

After you Add items to your Shopping Cart, and when Viewing/Editing your Cart, you can choose the Estimate Shipping function before you would have to enter any Payment data.  Please also note that the shipping rates are based upon Dimensional Weight, which is the same as actual Weight, adjusted for package size if relatively large volume to weight.  The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.  Review the tables below for delivery times for each type of service.

International Customers - Shipping charges on your order will not include any taxes, duties, or additional brokerage fees which may be assessed upon import to your country, for which you are responsible, and which would be collected from you upon delivery of your package.  Contact your Government's Customs/Import department to learn of any charges they will assess.

Canada Customers - If you select UPS Standard, which is Ground service, UPS will assess you a sizable Brokerage Fee upon delivery.  So if you are a non-business buyer, Priority Mail may be a better choice than UPS Standard because Canada Post does not assess any Brokerage Fee.  Business buyers, on the other hand, will have the opportunity to assign their own brokerage company upon import, thus avoiding the UPS Standard brokerage fee.

Express Mail (within US)	1 to 2 business days, depending on major urban vs. lesser markets - Tracking included, guaranteed**
First Class Mail - International	About 3 weeks - Tracking service is poor
Priority Mail - International	About 2 weeks - Tracking info on these shipments is somewhat incomplete.
Express Mail - International	About 1 week - Tracking info is pretty good for a Mail service.

Next Day Air Saver	Next day by 3:00 (or end of day if to a residence), guaranteed**
2nd Day Air	Two days, by end of day, guaranteed**
3 Day Select	Three days, by end of day, guaranteed**
Ground (in 48 US states)	1 to 5 days (assume 5 if coast to coast)
Canada Standard	5  to 10 days
Worldwide Express	1 or 2 days (customs-cleared, to your door)
Worldwide Expedited	3 to 5 days (customs-cleared, to your door)

**Note:  The USPS or UPS guarantee is limited to refunding your shipping charges if delivery does not occur within the stated time, barring delays beyond USPS' or UPS' control.

Personal Security and Privacy Policy

We use the latest SSL Encrypted Security, so all information transmitted, including your credit card data, will be  safe.  Also, we will never release this data to others for any reason, including mail lists, telemarketing, and the like.
