This is a 12 Volt Float Charger for 6 Volt Rechargeable Lantern Batteries that can be used to power the UVP Portable UV Lamp.  Just plug the 2.5mm end of the adapter cord into the corresponding jack in the UV lamp, and the other end into either a 110V or 240V A/C outlet.
